Since 2018, I’ve been providing onsite mock Focus Area 2 reviews, training on the Head Start Program Performance Standards, Federal Monitoring Standards and Protocol, and ChildPlus software. I am also Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K CLASS reliable and can conduct both in-person and virtual observations.

Presented at the 2023 Region II Head Start Association Conference. Discussion on effective strategies for attracting, retaining, and stabilizing staff in early childhood education. 

Returning to In-Person Learning in EHS/HS Programs.

November 2022

During the Georgia Head Start Association's Fall Conference, I helped Early/Head Start programs in the development of strategies for the implementation of returning to in-person classroom learning. I then provided expert advice and strategic planning to help them with implementation.
